Merchuns imports smart locks and smart home products to North Cyprus. We supply hotels, villa projects, businesses and homeowners, install anywhere on the island and support every installation long after it is done.
01Our story
Buying a smart lock on the island should be easy.
For a long time, getting a smart lock in North Cyprus meant ordering from abroad or settling for a product with an unclear warranty. Shipping took weeks, and when something broke there was nobody to call.
Merchuns was founded to close that gap. Today we select, stock and install products for projects of every size, from hundred room hotels and villa sites to offices and a single front door.
Every product we choose is tested on our own doors first. If a model does not suit the island’s climate, humidity or door types, it does not go into the catalog.

From the factory to your door, in five steps.

Sourcing
We work with manufacturers directly or through their official distributors. For hotel and villa projects we plan orders around quantity and schedule.

Testing
Before a model enters the catalog we use it on our own doors for weeks. Battery life, the app and the Turkish menus all get checked.

Stocking
Approved products are stocked in our Famagusta warehouse, together with spare parts and accessories.
- 04
Installation
We measure your door on site, recommend the right model and install it with our own team. Then we set up the app with you.

Support
During the warranty and after it, you deal with us. Message us on WhatsApp and get an answer in Turkish or English.
